Job summary

Matrec, a division of GFL, is seeking a full-time Roll-Off Truck Driver (Class 3 with F endorsement) based at 5001 Herbert Dr, Navan, ON. The role supports our waste management operations with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer service.

You will report to the dispatcher, drive roll-off equipment, and perform daily inspections while maintaining strong relationships with clients and a professional team. Work is five days per week, 6:00am–4:00pm, permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with F endorsement.
• Experience driving roll-off vehicles.
• Good driving record.
• Excellent manual dexterity and an interest in machinery.
• Resourcefulness, autonomy, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a roll-off type truck.
• Collect wheeled bins and containers for our customers.
• Maintain constant communication with dispatchers.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients at collection sites.
• Complete daily reports, route sheets, and work orders.
• Report any anomalies in service request fulfillment to the supervisor;
• Perform pre-trip inspection and safety check of the vehicle.
