Job summary

TransX LTD is seeking a Driver Recruiter in Winnipeg to source, screen, and hire over-the-road truck drivers. You will build pipelines, assess qualifications, and coordinate onboarding under supervision. Knowledge of FMCSA and Canadian NSC standards is valued.

The role supports driver retention, compliance, and collaboration with the Driver Recruiting Manager to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in recruitment, HR or business administration.
• CPHR/RPR/ACIR considered an asset.
• 2+ years of experience as a driver recruiter or in high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire drivers and owner-operators in Canada.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies and maintain pipelines ahead of needs.
• Screen driver abstracts and conduct background checks.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA Canada/NSC requirements and internal processes.
