The Seaboard Transport Group in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a data-driven specialist to drive safety, performance and operational excellence across our transportation network. You will be the go-to resource for driver performance data and real-time fleet insights, supporting drivers, aligning operations, and contributing to a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience with high-volume communication.
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Windows-based environments and web platforms.
Experience with Fleet Manager systems (PeopleNet) is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program and assign incentive values.
Address driver questions and report results to operations and drivers.
Process, analyze and report on real-time data from the on-board truck computer.
Communicate with operations teams and drivers to ensure adherence to processes and provide coaching.
Partner with the operations team to maintain safety standards and compliance.
Handle additional duties as required.
