Job summary
The Seaboard Transport Group is seeking a Maintenance Repair Analyst to strengthen fleet reliability and safety for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will bridge field insights with fleet leadership, using data analytics and diagnostics to drive smarter maintenance decisions across Dartmouth, NS and other locations.

Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant technical diploma.
- 3+ years experience with heavy-duty commercial vehicles (trucks/ trailers).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle/trailer systems and OEM diagnostics.
- Proficiency with Trimble TMT, Dossier, diagnostic tools, Excel and BI analytics.
Responsibilities
- Translate shop-floor insights into business impacts across locations.
- Review work orders, diagnostics and failure metrics to identify recurring issues.
- Coordinate root-cause investigations for complex failures.
- Optimize preventative maintenance intervals using OEM guidance and asset data.
- Analyze maintenance spend vs replacement cost and support vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
