Job summary

Bison Transport Inc. is seeking a Driver Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new Drivers and Owner‑Operators.

You will coordinate pre‑hire requirements, onboarding sessions, and weekly Driver orientation, serving as the main contact for Drivers and supporting recruitment through documentation and communications. Ideal candidates have 2 years of admin and customer service experience, with a background in transport considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years working in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Human Resources preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and run weekly Driver onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Coordinate pre-hire requirements and candidate preparation for onboarding.
• Support Driver recruitment with document checks, pre-qualification, and applications.
• Create and maintain engaging digital content and communications.
• Track onboarding metrics and report on engagement trends.
• Serve as a first point of contact for Drivers for timely support and updates.
