Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR certification as required.
• Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations.
• Maintain focus on safe driving at all times.
• Conduct pre-trip and monthly vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Complete required driving logs and documentation.
• Report resident changes in condition.
• Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards.
• Assist with activities when not driving.

What We’re Looking For:

• HS Diploma/GED; age 21+
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record with Class 4 rating

• Ability to remain calm in emergencies
• Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices

Pay Range:

22.80 - 28.55

Employment Type: Casual

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
