Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will support daily living activities, document ISP updates, and promote safety and independence as part of a compassionate team.

This casual role offers training and opportunities for personal growth while delivering high-quality resident-centered care across our Canadian locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range:

19.08 - 20.77

Casual

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as‑needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
