Ideal candidates hold Smart Serve/Serving It Right, have POS experience (Sky Tab preferred), and can work evenings and weekends as part of a team. Training provided, equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks at rink level.
• Apply knowledge of beverages.
• Handle tableware and bar equipment.
• Maintain, set and clear tables.
• Process payments and tips via Sky Tab accurately.
• Promote menu, beverages and promotions.
• Receive deliveries and ensure safe storage.
• Complete opening/closing procedures.

Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Dressing Room Server

Rate of pay: $17.60/ hour

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for outgoing, positive, and team-oriented Dressing Room Servers, who will provide prompt, courteous and accurate food and beverage service in order to exceed guest expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve drinks at rink level
• Apply advanced knowledge of beverages
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment
• Maintain, set and clear tables as required
• Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process voids through Sky Tab System accurately
• Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu, beverages and current promotions
• Receive product delivery and ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage when required
• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required

ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated
• Experienced handling payment and gratuities through a POS system (Sky Tab preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
