Job summary

Canlan Sports is seeking energetic servers for our Wild Wing restaurant. You will deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service, maintain tables, and help ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, team-focused and comfortable handling payments via a Sky Tab POS system. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is a plus, with Equal Employment Opportunity adherence throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right certification required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, accurate food and beverage service.
• Maintain and clear tables; assist with opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Handle payments; process tips and voids via Sky Tab system.
• Promote menu, beverages, and current promotions.
• Receive deliveries and ensure safe storage of products.

Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Server.

We are currently looking for outgoing, passionate and team-oriented servers for our Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will provide prompt, courteous and accurate food and beverage service in order to exceed guest expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply advanced knowledge of beverages
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment
• Maintain, set and clear tables as required
• Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process voids through Sky Tab System accurately
• Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu, beverages and current promotions
• Receive product delivery and ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage when required
• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required

ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated
• Experienced handling payment and gratuities through a POS system ( Sky Tab preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
