Job summary

North American Construction Group (NACG) is seeking skilled Dozer Operators to join our remote mining site team in the Fort McMurray area. The role offers a combined rate of up to $56.50/hour, with room for growth and a strong union affiliation.

Responsibilities include operating D9–D11 dozers, reading stakes, and ensuring safety compliance on site. Camp accommodations, flights, and weekly pay are provided, with night shift premium and extensive pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating D9-D11 sized Dozers.
• Minimum 1 year working with mining shovels.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate D9 - D11 Dozer and various models as required.
• Read stakes and place grade as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Perform safety checks and report repairs as needed.
• Conduct pre-job risk assessments and use PPE.
