Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions in Mississauga, Canada, is hiring industry-leading Dock & Door Lead Hands to join our team. You will inspect, diagnose and repair overhead doors and loading docks, complete work orders and site photos, and maintain service equipment while following safety regulations.

The role requires 2+ years as a lead hand, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently and at heights. We offer weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP match.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use power tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair overhead doors and loading docks.
• Complete work orders, inspection sheets and take site photos.
• Maintain service equipment and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Follow safety regulations and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete daily truck and trailer logbooks for CVOR compliance.
