Trillium Health Partners Foundation (THPF) is seeking a Coordinator, Philanthropy to support administrative, stewardship and project coordination for the Philanthropy team. This hybrid role involves corporate partnerships, community fundraising, major gifts and grant applications.

You will help identify new opportunities, maintain donor records and assist with events, ensuring accurate gift coding and timely communications with donors and partners.

Qualifikationen

• College diploma in fundraising, business or event planning is asset.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent research and analytical thinking, and ability to multi-task.

• Provide admin support to Philanthropy team and events.
• Draft donor communications, meeting materials and notes.
• Enter donor activity and reporting in Raiser's Edge.
• Identify grant opportunities and support proposal development.
• Support donor engagement and online fundraising activities.
