Our Place Society in Canada seeks a Grants and Foundation Relations Coordinator to secure foundation, corporate, and government funding for programs and services. You will research opportunities, write compelling proposals, manage a grant portfolio, and report outcomes.

You will collaborate with program leaders, Finance, and the Philanthropy team to translate needs and impact into persuasive requests. The role requires researching funders, building relationships, and maintaining a strong grant

Competenze

• Minimum two years of direct grant writing experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Demonstrated success securing funding from foundations, corporations, and/or government granting programs.
• Experience managing a portfolio of grant opportunities, applications, reporting requirements, and funder relationships.
• Experience with donor databases, grant research tools, and online application portals.

• Research, write, and prepare compelling grant applications, letters of inquiry, funding proposals, and grant reports.
• Meet established annual grant revenue targets by maintaining a strong pipeline of foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities.
• Interpret funder guidelines, eligibility requirements, and funding priorities to develop competitive, tailored submissions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy to determine funding requests, ask amounts, and proposal positioning.
• Work with program staff and Finance to gather budgets, financial information, statistics, outcomes, and impact stories.
• Prepare accurate, timely grant reports demonstrating program results and fulfilment of funding commitments.
