Qualifications

• No experience required; training and coaching provided.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork are valued.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe donor area.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by greeting donors.
• Sort donations into categories for processing.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donors.
• Maintain acceptable product standards.
• Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Contribute to teamwork with added activities.
• Help keep the donor area clean, organized and safe.
