Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes is seeking a Retail Production Associate to support the donated goods retail business and promote sustainability. You will contribute to mission-driven work by providing excellent customer service, sorting and pricing donations, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

No prior experience is required as we offer training and coaching to help you grow your career and reach your full potential within the organization.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training, coaching and support provided.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of self and team; follow Health and Safety policies.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized facility and work area, including donation processing areas.
• Sort donated goods by condition and store priced merchandise according to procedures.
• Identify high value items for up pricing or online sales.
