Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a broadcast programming or scheduling environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new database software and work with external stakeholders.
• University or college education with a focus on media.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage materials and systems related to programming with the TVO Docs team.
• Track submissions and participate in team reviews.
• Maintain a slate tracking system for projects in production.
• Coordinate delivery of program assets to spec, on time, and in accordance with contracts.
• Create program highlights packages for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the program delivery database.
• Serve as a point of contact for distributors and producers on format, delivery, and technical issues.
• Curate TVO Docs YouTube playlists with the programming team.
