As our Post Production and Production Coordinator, you will help bring ideas to life through strong coordination, resource management, and hands‑on production support. You will thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment where no two days look the same, collaborating with editors, designers, and producers to deliver inspiring content.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for post‑production on assigned projects, including case‑study videos
  • Assist the resource‑management team by identifying and booking freelance resources when required (e.g., editors, designers, additional production staff)
  • Manage multiple small‑to‑medium‑sized projects simultaneously
  • Assist in and oversee project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Secure information and materials from suppliers and negotiate when needed
  • Provide status updates and answer questions for account teams and clients
  • Set up and coordinate internal and external review screenings
  • Takes detailed notes in meetings as needed
  • Handle post‑production and production administration such as vendor set‑up, raising POs, liaising with internal finance teams, and sending invoices for payment
  • Summarize project details upon completion
  • Support operations of the creative/production department
  • Provide hands‑on support for live and pre‑recorded productions and events
  • Attend site visits and liaise with vendors and suppliers during pre‑production and event setup
  • Coordinate logistics such as load‑ins, setup timing, crew arrivals, and on‑the‑ground troubleshooting as needed
  • Support on‑site during events and shoots to ensure smooth execution and adherence to production schedules
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams from planning through execution
