Job Description

The Document Control Specialist will support the production control department administratively, ensuring production packages are created, prepared, and delivered timely to internal and external teams.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Adhering to document control standards and procedures; defining new standards as needed.
  2. Assisting team members with troubleshooting and resolving packaging issues.
  3. Managing data entry, records, and look-ups.
  4. Processing work orders accurately and efficiently.
  5. Performing additional assigned responsibilities.

Who are we looking for? Someone with:

  • A high school diploma or post-secondary education in Business or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong multi-tasking and flexibility skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Work Arrangement: Onsite.

Physical Effort: Normal physical effort; may involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/moving objects up to 20 lbs. Some roles may require standing for long periods for inspections.
