Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. seeks an LTL Operations Manager for our Vaughan terminal. Schedule: Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:30am. This permanent, full‑time role focuses on supervising dock personnel, coaching supervisors, and optimizing daily PM dock performance while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Salary up to CAD 85,000, based on experience. Excellent benefits, competitive starting salary, and RRSP matching available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in transportation or logistics management preferred.
• Ability to supervise, coach and train staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and train personnel.
• Coach, train and mentor your supervisors.
• Daily PM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments.
• Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound.
• PM Reweigh and Recube, improve revenue capture on the Dock.
• Monitor/Assign Forklift Staff.
• Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments.
• Customer shipment audits when required.
• Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines.
• Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily.
• Action on all last-minute shipment requests.
• Previous Management experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to exercise initiative, multi task and work well as part of a team.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office.
