Job summary

CarQuest Products, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro in Ontario to deliver expert DIY parts assistance, resolve complex issues, and drive sales. You will be responsible for parts knowledge, inventory control, and safe operation of store equipment while helping customers find the right solutions.

This role requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE is preferred, and a focus on high-quality service. The position is on-site and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs; basic math.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY/retail customers (walk-in, online, phone).
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including testing, battery installation, and wiper installs.
• Key holder responsibilities: open/close, safety, task assignment.
• Assist in inventory processes: POGs, cycle counts, back stock.
• Back up to professional services and maintain store appearance.
