Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Bancroft, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Retail Parts Pro with deep knowledge of automotive systems and DIY solutions.

You will deliver best-in-class customer service, assist with parts sourcing (including special orders), operate POS and parts lookup systems, and support store operations while meeting sales goals. ASE P2 certification is preferred, 3–5 years of parts experience, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Ability to source from special orders, and manage inventory.
• Speak and write English; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer service and DIY issue resolution.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including testing and installations.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards.
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
