The role includes sourcing parts through special orders and other channels, and maintaining strong inventory awareness. Responsibilities include leading DIY services, keeping store appearance and safety standards, and handling key holder duties.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and problem resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS3 selling and exceptional customer service for DIY customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including testing, battery installation, wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance, including key holder duties
