Our District Sales Managers work hard to provide strategic growth for the region as well as develop, mentor and train a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. They use their expert industry knowledge to maintain and grow key accounts as well as setting up their team for success.

They are passionate about leading teams and realize when everyone successes Federated Insurance successes. Working with the senor leadership team they are responsible for their regions strategic plan, budget and recruitment strategy.

  • 5 years of experience in insurance
