Westway Feed Products seeks a District Sales Manager Canada to lead sales across Western Canada. The role is remote, home-based in Alberta, with travel to customers and our Lethbridge facility.
You will build relationships in beef, dairy and feed mill accounts, drive new business, manage pricing and contracts, and support distributors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years sales in dairy/beef and a degree in animal or dairy science; strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success
We have a great opportunity for someone to join us as a District Sales Manager based remotely in Western Canada, covering new and existing customers across Canada. The role will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing business relationships and being the primary contact for distribution and dealer relationships, serving customers with a primary focus on the beef industry, alongside dairy and feed mill operations in the region. The position will build robust customer relationships to achieve commercial goals in alignment with company objectives.

Business Overview
Westway Feed Products is North America’s largest manufacturer of liquid supplements for livestock. Additionally, we produce feed mill products, dried molasses and industrial products. The core concept of Westway’s business is to utilize co-products from other industries and convert them into safe, high-quality, cost effective, livestock feed supplements. While Westway’s primary ingredient for many of our products is molasses, we also incorporate other co-products. The concept of utilizing these co-products is the foundation of our sustainability platform. Today, Westway operates 22 production facilities across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Our geographic reach allows for products to be developed according to environmental and production system variations across the country.
Westway, a division within ED&F Man, is owned by Hartree Partners, LP a leading global merchant commodities firm facilitating the flow of energy, metals, agriculture, and environmental products across the full commodity supply chain, connecting producers and consumers. Hartree was founded in 1997, is jointly owned by senior management and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, LP, and employs around 5,000 individuals worldwide.
This position will be home-based, ideally in the state of Alberta, and will require regular travel to customers and our manufacturing location in Lethbridge.
