Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and 3-5 years of sales management experience. Candidates should have knowledge of products, pricing, market competitors, and proven ability to run a profitable district. Strong analytical, motivational, coaching, communication skills, and computer proficiency are required. Strong ethics are essential.
