Formación

• Proven experience in a district or multi-location management role in the fitness, retail, or service industry.
• Strong background in consultative sales with a focus on membership growth and retention.
• Effective coach with experience in hiring, training, and developing employees.

• Coach and develop a team of General Managers to exceed sales targets.
• Drive membership sales through strategic goals and best practices.
