Dexterra Group is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple locations across Northwestern Ontario. This is more than an operations role; it’s about developing teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving regional business results.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you’ll own regional performance, financial accountability, and growth, with a focus on operational excellence and staff development. Travel within the catchment area is required.
