Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the management team to meet organizational goals.
• Drive sales, market share, and P&L performance for the Western District.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and other functions to align initiatives.
• Expand digital and e-commerce capabilities to serve customers better.
• Lead annual planning and regular performance reviews with clear objectives.
