Job Title: Distribution Supervisor – Overnight Shift

Location: Vaughan ON

Shift: Overnight 11PM TILL 7AM

Reports To: Distribution Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Distribution Supervisor to oversee overnight operations at our large Distribution Center. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 50 warehouse associates and be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate distribution processes, achieving KPIs, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all overnight warehouse distribution activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50+ warehouse associates to meet operational goals and KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety, etc.).
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize distribution efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews with team members.
• Collaborate with other shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational consistency.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real-time.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, incidents, and performance.

Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced
