Job summary

Gambles Ontario Produce Inc. is seeking a Distribution Services Support role based in Ontario with regular travel to our 302 Dwight Avenue location. The position supports inventory control, order processing, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires a flexible schedule, occasional evenings and weekends, and reports to the Distribution Manager. We offer a benefits package and a company pension plan for full-time permanent employees.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated logistics and supply chain experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Build purchase orders and manage add on costs.
• Review and adjust purchase order add on dates at month end.
• Modify appropriate revisions for recognition to Canadian customs broker.
• Process orders and verify prices; Item code creation and maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain service rates.
• Contact customers to confirm order details and shipping schedules.
• Support the team with operations and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Coordinate and communicate with regrade and repack facilities.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Review, update, and monitor inventory.
• Ensure accuracy in customer billing.
