Job summary

Gambles Group of Companies in Calgary is seeking an entry-level sales support with operational duties. This full-time, onsite role reports to the Operations Manager for Gambles Ontario Produce located at 110 – 5675 58 Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta.

The shift pattern includes Tuesday, Wednesday 8am–4pm; Saturday 8am–4pm; Thursday, Friday 11pm–7pm, with flexibility based on business needs. Strong English communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated customer service experience and skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, email, online systems.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines and product shortages.
• Complete daily allocations of customer orders.
• Communicate and work with buyers to meet customer product demand.
• Manage Daily/Weekly Pricing updates.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and related documents using the ERP system.
• Process system receiving by accurately entering shipment details upon arrival.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices and driver manifests as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

The intended shift for the position is Tuesday, Wednesday 8am to 4pm, Thursday, Friday 11pm – 7pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. This role requires a flexible working schedule which is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
