Job summary

The Supervisor, Distribution at Alumicor Limited oversees Distribution, Receiving and Logistics to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time delivery while maintaining inventory integrity. You will lead a customer-focused team and partner with internal stakeholders to proactively resolve issues and improve service levels.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and coach staff to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse.
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, and inventory control processes; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution, Receiving and Logistics to ensure safe, accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and improve service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity and inventory accuracy.
