Job summary

Alumicor Limited is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution to lead warehouse, receiving, and logistics operations in our Toronto-area facility. You will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will partner with Sales, Production, and Procurement to resolve issues, improve service levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory controls.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution, Receiving, and Logistics operations to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement best practices to improve speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Procurement to optimize service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and coach the team for accountability.
