Canada Life seeks an Operations Specialist on a one-year contract to support users of a tailored Salesforce system. The role focuses on becoming a subject matter expert, troubleshooting, and delivering training while maintaining documentation and high-quality customer service.
You will interact with a fast-paced team, manage data requests, and ensure effective use of Salesforce and CRM tools. Base salary ranges are provided and opportunities for development are highlighted.

In this role you will identify our users’ needs and promote best practices to ensure that users are getting the most out of our technology systems. You will learn our business, learn, and understand our audience, and learn and understand our Canada Life tailored Salesforce system.
This is a one year contract position.
The base salary for this position is between $50,900 - $79,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
