Job summary

IPEX in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a Distribution Centre Manager to lead one of our largest Canadian distribution operations and oversee a major warehouse and pipe yard that supports regional customers.

You will influence performance, inventory accuracy, safety, and service standards while guiding a team focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Completion of a college diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience within distribution, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related operations environments.
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Experience with inventory management, KPI reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis.
• Experience in an RF environment and SAP is considered an asset.
• Successful completion of a C-TPAT background check is required.

• Champion health and safety programs and regulatory compliance, creating an environment where employees can perform their best while maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across transportation, production, procurement, deployment, and customer service to ensure seamless execution, operational alignment, and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a college diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience within distribution, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or related operations environments.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory management, KPI reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in an RF environment and SAP is considered an asset.
• Successful completion of a C-TPAT background check is required.
