  • 5–10 years of transportation operations experience, including 2–4 years of experience managing a transportation operations team.
  • Deep transportation experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations, ideally within automotive, industrial, FMCG, or similarly complex North American organizations. Experience transporting long goods is considered an asset.
  • Experience managing truckload, LTL, intermodal, and parcel transportation operations, supported by a strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. rate structures, tariffs, and fuel surcharge programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand and apply data‑based solutions to support operational decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment that values service and adaptability.
  • Experience implementing a TMS and/or MSP, as well as exposure to flatbed, bulk, oversized, or cross‑border transportation operations, would be considered an asset.
