IPEX is seeking a Maintenance Planner for its Edmonton, AB plant to drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS stewardship. You will partner with operations to maximize reliability and plant efficiency while ensuring accurate records and compliant procedures.
Primary responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating preventive and shutdown work, and analyzing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. A strong background in maintenance processes and SAP/CMMS is preferred.

The Maintenance Planner in Edmonton, AB is responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant efficiency. This role owns the CMMS program, maintenance planning processes, KPI reporting, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting plant operations and reliability objectives.
Primarily plant-based manufacturing environment with extensive walking and observation activities. Exposure to machinery, industrial equipment, noise, and material handling activities. Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility clothing, gloves, and safety footwear. Regular physical activity including walking, inspecting, documenting, and supporting maintenance execution. Commitment to health, safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement standards. The anticipated schedule is Monday-Friday 630am-3pm.
