Job summary

HW Transportation Group in Milton, Ontario is seeking an organized dispatch supervisor to coordinate daily logistics at our on-site location. You will oversee scheduling, route planning and cross‑department coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of dispatch/logistics experience and are proficient with MS Excel and the MS Office suite, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. This is an on-site role requiring strong teamwork and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of related dispatch or logistics experience.
• On-site work with no option to work remotely.
• Proficiency using MS Excel and the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize workloads.
