Job summary

Prestige Limousine, a division of tappCONNECT Inc., is seeking a customer‑focused Dispatcher to join our Edmonton team. You’ll be at the center of operations, handling client inquiries, coordinating with chauffeurs, and ensuring accurate reservations for corporate events, airport transfers, and leisure travel.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Previous reservation, dispatching, or call center experience is preferred.
• Limousine or transportation industry experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Assist clients with booking limousine and transportation services.
• Provide accurate pricing, service information, and transportation recommendations.
• Manage reservations and enter booking details accurately into the dispatch system.
• Coordinate and communicate booking information with drivers and operators.
• Ensure client requests and special requirements are captured and fulfilled.
• Learn and understand common destinations and service areas.
• Assist with business development efforts by identifying opportunities and supporting lead follow-up activities.
• Support other departments with administrative projects as required.
• Assist our taxi call-taking team during peak periods when needed.

Schedule Requirements

Prestige Limousine operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including:
