Limousines Worldwide Directory is seeking a proactive coordinator to join its Toronto team. You will handle client reservations, assist in dispatching chauffeurs and vehicles, and support document preparation in Word and Excel.

The role embraces marketing support and continuous operations improvements. Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, demonstrate accuracy, take ownership of tasks, and stay flexible to the 24/7 nature of transportation, including evenings and weekends.
