Job summary

Groupe Morneau in Bolton, Ontario is hiring for an Operations Dispatcher role within Administration. You will monitor daily operations, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and keep real-time status updates using TruckMate and Isaac.

We seek 2–5 years dispatching experience in LTL freight, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Competitive salary, benefits after 3 months, and a friendly family-business culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Dispatching LTL Freights.
• Knowledge in Truckmate and Isaac.
• Strong organizational skills and multitask.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of Road Transportation laws and regulations (Bill 430).

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations, deliveries and pickups to provide real-time driver status.
• Update information in TruckMate and Isaac.
• Resolve operational issues and communicate with drivers and clients.
• Collaborate with other departments and ensure freight moves smoothly.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance (Bill 430).

• Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers actions in the field
• Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)

Schedule : Monday to friday 1.30pm to 10pm
