Summary Of The Role

Dispatcher (Planner)

Are you able to bring clarity to complex situations and meet customer expectations? In a Dispatcher role at Mammoet, you’ll have responsibility for ensuring there is a practical, organized method of executing engineering plans. You will need to establish the most effective way of coordinating all moving parts, and also be able to think on your feet if things change.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Taking responsibility for developing appropriate execution plans
2. Focusing on the mobilization and demobilization of personnel and core project equipment
3. Complying with local legislation, internal procedures and guidelines
4. Achieving optimum resource utilization to execute the work
5. Ensuring work can be carried out safely and efficiently

What You’ll Need

1. Professional level experience with OPS systems and MS Office suite. Basic level experience in HLT equipment and operations
2. English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
3. Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
4. 3-6 years of broad relevant experience, or 10 years of experience in the field
5. Associate degree in a logistics or technical discipline
