Job summary

Enviro-Tech Mechanical Services Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule service calls for our fleet of technicians.

You will dispatch customer requests, monitor progress, and help ensure on-time, efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year dispatch/scheduling experience, strong customer service skills, basic ERP familiarity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A Day In The Life

The Dispatch position is responsible for dispatching customer requests to technicians and providing planned maintenance scheduling. They will utilize ERP software to coordinate and track technicians to ensure route optimization, and monitor and maintain technician daily time sheets. They are responsible for following up on work order progress and maintaining communication with customers. They will actively support our customer service team and provide fleet management duties. Our ideal candidate is an energetic and team-oriented individual with a true understanding of customer service and a mind for detail and organization who approaches problems methodically and demonstrates sound judgement. This is an active job opening for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1-year previous dispatch/scheduling experience in a comparable environment
• Strong customer service background
• Strong computer skills in basic office required; ERP solutions preferred.
