Qualifications

• 1 year experience within a dispatch role, Logistics and/or Supply Chain operations.
• 1 year experience using SalesForce & CCD system.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with drivers and managers to ensure all service commitments are assigned to appropriate routes.
• Authorize driver requests to leave territory.
• Resolve problems for drivers on route, contacting customers and terminal managers.
• Page drivers to gather relevant facts for service concerns.
• Monitor systems to ensure drivers are connected to network.
• Collaborate with management to re-allocate service commitments.
• Maintain database and generate reports for operations management.
