Job summary

AFD Petroleum Ltd. in Victoria is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to ensure driver trip paperwork is reviewed, audited, and ready for billing. You will process driver documents, perform trip-over-trip audits, and support billing and scheduling during peak volumes.

You will report to the Area Manager, collaborate with drivers, Fleet Coordinators, and the billing team, manage high-volume data entry with accuracy, and participate in occasional overtime in the yard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dispatch-related role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process driver trip paperwork accurately and on time to support the billing cycle.
• Check driver paperwork for quality and completeness, and flag discrepancies for review.
• Conduct trip-over-trip audits to confirm accuracy and compliance across all deliveries.
