Job summary

Holt Renfrew, located in Vancouver, seeks a diligent Dishwasher to maintain spotless dishes, cookware and cutlery in our cafe/restaurant. You will operate dishwashing equipment in line with health standards and keep the workspace clean and organized.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma and can follow health & safety policies. Bilingual English/French proficiency is a plus in our diverse environment and helps service our guests effectively.

• Applicant must comply with all Health & Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils and cutlery with appropriate equipment.
• Ensure that dishwashing equipment reaches correct heat settings as per Board of Health requirements.
• Wash and sterilize food preparation surfaces at end of workday.
• Store cleaned items appropriately.
• Keep kitchen area clean and tidy.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
