Responsibilities

• Clean pots and pans.
• Package take-out food as required.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Handle, slice, trim and prep foods with proper tools.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
