Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Store dishes in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces.
• Hand-sanitize and wash dishes and other items as needed.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, cabinets, appliances and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sharpen kitchen knives.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.

• The candidate must clean and sanitise the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

• The candidate will be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• The candidate must sharpen kitchen knives.
• The candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
