Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment and sanitize dishes.
• Sort, organize, and store clean dishes and utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and kitchen clean and organized.
• Remove garbage and recycling and dispose waste properly.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor supplies and notify when inventory needs replenishment.
• Support kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow during service.
• Sweep and mop floors and perform general cleaning duties.
• Assist with additional duties assigned by management.

This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while supporting the kitchen team with professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Sort, organize, and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Remove garbage and recycling, clean waste containers, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory requires replenishment.
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow during service periods.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean work surfaces, and perform general cleaning duties as required.
• Support the kitchen team with additional duties assigned by management.
