Job summary

Mercatto in the Toronto Eaton Centre is looking for a reliable and friendly Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. If you’re attentive and team-driven, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll wash and sanitize dishes, keep areas clean and stocked, and support the kitchen with a steady flow of clean tools. Join a busy, hospitality-focused environment with opportunities for growth and staff meals.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dish areas clean, organized and stocked throughout service.
• Support the kitchen team by maintaining a steady flow of clean tools and equipment.
• Assist with garbage, compost and recycling as needed.
• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all health & safety standards.
• Support prep or closing tasks as required by the kitchen.
